Nope, the only English release of Dragon Force was on the Saturn. As an old-school Sega fan, it's nice to know even in this age of downloadable classics on VC, XBL, etc, the good old Saturn still remains exclusive to gems like Dragon Force and Panzer Dragoon Saga. Dragon Force is still one of my favorite games ever and the sequel is also great, though the visuals and soundtrack aren't as good as the original. This along with the Shining Force 3 games was one of the greatest gems on Saturn that sadly never made it State side.
